Staff Awards Ceremony 2010

 Rewarding key personnel for their committment to Company progression

Yesterday, Fazila Foods Ltd took time out of their daily production routines to commendate their workforce's effort which the company strongly believes has enabled them to accommodate such strong, and continuous growth, enabling them to achieve their strapline; "Everybody's Favourite".

The Annual Presentation of Staff Awards - 2010 took place at the BCOM Hall, in Bolton in the gracious presence of Mr. Keith Davies; Bolton Council's Director of Development and Regeneration who also took the stage to give the audience some wise words of wizdom.Winners of the Awards included:

  • Appreciation by Managing Director, Fazila Malek to the entire workforce
  • Nasima Patel (Assembley Team Leader) for Employee of the Year
  • Anisa Dalal (Packing and Assembley Worker) for Outstanding Performance of the Year
  • Farida Patel (Cleaner) for Best Supportive Employee of the Year
  • Special Thanks Awards were also presented to:
    • Collin Rodgers (of Manchester Metropolitan University's Food Research Centre)
    • Feisal Broachi (Fazilas' Internal Technical Auditor)
    • Shehnaz Patel (Fazilas' Product Production Leader)
    • Rabiya Ashrafi (Fazilas' Kitchen/Catering Worker)
    • Ayyub Patel (of Business Bolton)

Graham Procter (of OTC Training) also presented the Qualifications achieved by some of the staff for Plant Operations and Food Safety for Manufacturing who were examined during the course of the year.

Yasmin Ali (Lloyds TSB, (Bolton)'s Commercial Relationship Manager) who attended the event comemented "It was a really enjoyable evening and it very heart warming to see the camaraderie in the business".
