Fazila Foods achieve SALSA Accreditation
Fazila Foods have successfully proceeded to gaining the Safe and Local Suppliers Approval from SALSA Food; a non-profit making joint venture between the four main trade associations representing the UK Food Chain - from farm to fork!
SALSA is the Food Safety Certification Scheme, supported by the Food Standards Agency, DEFRA and by the majority of the UK’s leading retailers and food service providers, setup for small to medium sized producers to demonstrate that not only do they make fantastic products, but do so in a safe and legal manner, with their consumers as a priority.
