Careers

Established in the 90s and based in The Valley, Bolton, we are a reputable family business that has grown progressively since moving to our purpose built factory premises with the most modern facilities in our industry.

We’re proud to be an essential ingredient of the Halal food market, in every sector, across the UK and Europe – and we recognise that these successes are as a result of the shared achievements of our people.

We have more than twenty years of experience in the Halal food market and a counter full of experience in retailing. This, combined with Fazila’s lifetime dedicated to customers and communities from her kitchen, sets us up for more than a saucepan – or two – of success that you can be a part of.

We create, develop and manufacture a range of ethnic foods from those of the traditional Asian cuisine to modern fusions, blending tastes and flavours from various cultures around the world to create exciting new tastes and we’re always looking for talent to complement the marinade!

We care for each other as much as we care for our products

Accredited as ‘Investors in People’, in 2006, we operate friendly, family policies with flexible working hours to suit our staff. We operate as a team and value everybody’s contribution to ensuring that customer orders and deliveries are fulfilled promptly and efficiently, giving all our customers and the end consumer with the deserved peace of mind in being able to deliver genuinely Halal products, wherever they are; whatever their appetite.

Testimonials

I came to England in February 2004 without any work experience. I heard there were jobs available at Fazila Foods from a family friend and started working assembling Samosas and Spring Rolls in the Summer. A few months later, I joined the Packing Team and then progressed to Packing Team Leader. Now I am the Production Supervisor with different Food Production certificates and an English qualification.
Today, I have a family and my work life suits my commitments at home. The people in our group are really friendly and supportive. Coming to work is like visiting my second family.

Afshana ShethProduction Supervisor

I joined the group at the age of eighteen (in 2004) packing bakery products, like breads and cakes. I did this for a while before harnessing different opportunities to explore the whole manufacturing process through various roles in production until I was appointed as Production Manager in 2013.

The business expanded and the demands of my role increased, seeing me manage the project of the operation being spread across two sites in 2016, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Since last year, I’ve been supporting Fazila Foods as the Operations Manager, here, with new product launches and an expansion of the production area, tripling in size!
Work is always a great place to be for me and working with the same people for the last sixteen years is still as enjoyable as it always has been. There’s never a dull day with this bunch whether it’s around the sweetness of confectionary or the delightful smell of Samosas! I’ve developed personally and professionally and value the support of my colleagues, who have been invaluable to my career.
